Linde, a HIM gitárosa 2001 májusában szólóalbumot adott ki, Daniel Lioneye and the Blues Explosion, vagy másnéven Daniel Lioneye and the Rollers nevû bandával, ami puszta szórakozásból létezik.

Elõször csak 3 dal volt meg, a többi akkor keletkezett, mikor a HIM a stúdióban dolgozott. Eredetileg nem akarták kiadni a lemezt, de végül olyan jól szólt, hogy mégis belevágtak. A legnagyobb elõnye a lemez elkészítésének az volt, hogy semmilyen elvárásnak sem kellett megfelelniük. A borítóhoz a képeket Mige készítette mialatt New Yorkban, stb. nyaraltak.
A "Never been in love"-hoz klip készült, mely privát felvételeket is tartalmaz, valamint képeket a 2000-es Provinssirockból.
